Cancellations - Please give us at least 48hrs notice if you need to cancel your appointment, otherwise, you will be charged 100% of the treatment. For training courses you must give us at least 3 days notice to change or cancel your course, otherwise, we will not refund payments. In case of cancellation before the 3 days, we will refund 50% of the deposit.

Deposits - All clients must pay a deposit of £30 to secure your booking (it will be deducted on your treatment). In case the deposit is not paid, the booking will be automatically cancelled. Payments can be made by: Paypal, bank transfer, debit/credit card. Contact us for payment.

Consultations - All clients are treated to a consultation prior to treatment. Please advise me of any medical conditions, medication or pregnancy.

PRIVACY POLICY

We need some of client’s details to ensure that it is safe for us to provide the treatments you may ask for and for insurance purposes. We will store your information for 7 years after the date of your treatment, or for 7 years after you have reached the age of 18 if you are/were under 18 when your treatment took place.
Our lawful basis for processing this personal information is ‘contract’; this means that we have a legal reason to ask you for your data because we need it for contractual reasons.
You do not have to share your personal data with us, but if you do not, we cannot offer you a treatment. So, you must fulfil your side of the contract (share your personal information) for us to fulfil ours (carry out treatment).

We would also like to send you information about the products and services we offer using the information you have shared with us, but you do not have to agree to this for treatment to go ahead. If you agree to being contacted for marketing purposes, we will ask you to choose what methods you would like to be contacted such as email, phone, letter, or text. We will not share your information with anyone outside of Adna Cristina Beauty.
