Swedish Massage - is the manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using various techniques, to enhance function, aid in the healing process, decrease muscle reflex activity, inhibit motor-neuron excitability, promote relaxation and well-being, and as a recreational activity. Massage subject may be fully or partially clothed or unclothed.

Hot Stones Therapy - stones are placed into a purpose-built Stone Heater which is a carry strong aluminium case with soft material lining to the highest standard. The case quickly heats the stones. Once the stones heated sufficiently, some are placed onto specific points on the body (such as the back, hands, etc.) and others are held by the massage therapist and used to work the muscles to warm, relax and heal.

Indian Head Massage - The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.The client, fully clothed, lies on a massage couch for the treatment. We use a range of different movements including application of deep kneading and compression movements.
