As a beauty therapist I know many people don’t even know about exfoliants which I personally think it’s one of the most important skin care routine we need to help with our natural desquamation. 
Desquamation is the skin’s own natural exfoliation process and sometimes we need a little help to smooth it down and get rid of the dead skins which causes rush, bumps and thick skin. Anyway, I can’t live without a face and body scrub and I use these daily and that’s why I would love to give my readers this amazing tip. 

“The scrub of your life” is thick,  foamy and fantastically fresh, it’s satisfyingly stuffed with just the right ratio of scrubbing beads. It’s also scented with pink fragrance. In the shower, turn off the water, squeeze out a handful of and get a smooth on. Scrub and soap up until satisfied, then rinse thoroughly.

Soap & glory can be found anywhere online or drugstores such as Boots and Superdrugs; the price is reasonable for a skincare brand. I do love it!
I don’t think I’m going to change it so soon and I’ve been using it for a couple of years now, this product leaves my skin so soft and smooth with a glow, for me it’s very important in the winter, and the main areas are elbows, lower legs, back of upper arm and upper back.
